Given an emoji character (or any string), return its code points and — if known — its name, category, shortcodes and tags. An unknown emoji is a successful result with `known:false`, not an error.

Build the flag emoji for an ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 country code from its regional-indicator symbols (e.g. "US" → 🇺🇸). Non two-letter codes are clean 400s.
Resolve an emoji by its shortcode (e.g. "smile" or ":smile:") or exact name. Provide exactly one field. Returns the emoji, its metadata and code points.
