Pay from either chain: the card issuer only accepts USDC on Base, and Laso bridges the payment to the account holder's own deposit address at the issuer over CCTP, which mints native USDC so the full amount arrives. Laso absorbs the bridge cost, so the price is exactly the amount that lands on the balance. Requires a linked card issuer account. Follow with POST /create-reloadable-card to create a card against the balance.
