Is it really a one-time fee?
Yes — $20 once per website, no subscription. Fair-use chat limits apply (generous daily caps that ordinary sites never hit), and you can re-index your site whenever the content changes.
What exactly gets crawled?
Only your public pages, on your domain, up to 200 pages and 4 links deep. We fetch politely at one request per second, skip anything your robots.txt disallows, and never touch pages behind logins.
Do you respect robots.txt?
Strictly. Our crawler identifies itself as AnimicaDeployBot and honors robots.txt fail-closed — if a rule is ambiguous, we don't fetch. Read about the crawler.
Can I remove the assistant?
Anytime. Delete the script tag from your site and it's gone; you can also disable the assistant from your dashboard with one click, and re-enable it later.
What are the fair-use limits?
Each assistant answers up to 1,000 chats per day, and each visitor up to 300 — far beyond typical small-site traffic. Limits exist only to stop abuse; if your site legitimately outgrows them, contact us.
Where do the answers come from?
Only from your website's content. The assistant is instructed to answer strictly from your crawled pages, cite the page it used, and say so when your site doesn't cover a question — it does not invent prices, policies, or contact details.
